We process and dispatch orders as soon as we can.

We ship out of Toronto, Canada, and do regular courier drop-offs throughout the week for domestic orders, while US & International drop-offs are every Monday or Tuesday's.

Typical delivery time for Canada and US are 4-5 business days, and 6-8 business days for International. Please note that we do not have control over delays from customs and local couriers.

Sorry, we do not offer local pick-ups at this time. However, our shipping is free for all Canadian orders. Hopefully this helps.

We accept returns for items within 14 days from delivery.

A refund will be processed once the item has been returned to us, unworn or unused. We do not cover the cost of shipping on returns, nor is the original shipping cost refundable.

If your item was incorrect, damaged or defective upon delivery, please reach out to us with your order number along with photos to review and we will send a replacement.

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom designs. We do welcome any suggestions for future drops, so reach out and comment on our socials!
